We can meet as frequently as serves the needs of your body and spirit.
While it might be optimal to do at least ten minutes of yoga every day, even if you do yoga just once a week you will feel benefits immediately. Those benefits include the release of tension, increased strength and flexbility in your limbs and muscles, and your emotional and mental outlook becoming both brighter and more level.

Not at all! For in person sessions, I bring props with me. For zoom sessions, we can use everyday household items as support. For example, paper towel rolls make dang good substitutes for yoga blocks!

Definitely. We start slowly with poses that are fun and accessible. Flexibility and strength are built gently and over time; it’s amazing how quickly the body starts to feel and look better.
Yoga does not require you getting down on the floor on a mat. We can use props such as a chair and the wall to make the poses available.

This depends on when you have the most energy and time and on what your needs are. Morning is often a good time to practice; opening up your body with some mobilizing yoga prepares you for your day. In the evening, relaxing yoga can be a good way to unwind and prepare for sleep.

Definitely! That’s what makes yoga so wonderful! Yoga can be adapted and modified for all sorts of bodies and health conditions. Some of the most renowned practitioners overcame or supported their health conditions with yoga and others continue to do so. I offer lots of therapeutic yoga for specific ailments and body parts. However, if you have a medical condition or injury and haven’t practiced yoga before, I recommend you speak to a medical professional to get advice about any poses or movements you need to avoid.
